What are Slatwall Shelves?
Slatwall shelves are POS display shelves that have been manufactured to slot into the grooves of a Slatwall panel (sometimes also called Groove Wall, Slat Fix or Slatboard) Ordinary shelving cannot be used in conjunction with these panels but that is not a problem for retailers. Not only is there a huge range of shelves available, they are also extremely low cost.
The shelves have been developed to allow retailers to create eye-catching product displays as good as their ‘bespoke’ fit competitors. Everyday general purpose Slatwall shelves do the day-to-day work for most retailers. These are standard shelves in a variety of widths and depths. In addition shelves are manufactured with additional supports add extra strength where required, and Slatwall shelves with lips or upstands add extra support at the front.
