Lo-Fi is our celebration of all things low bitterness and high juice. Featuring our in house blend with a dash of our new yeast profile, we’ve smashed together two of our favourite IPA hop combos in Citra Columbus and Mosaic Simcoe to form an almighty frankenstein’s monster of a DIPA.
